Yes, you can contact us to amend your subscription details at any time. Since our services are paid upfront in full, you must receive a confirmation e-mail from us canceling or changing your subscription no fewer than three days prior to your next shipment.

All shipments are placed on Mondays or Tuesdays to prevent your wine experiencing an extended stay in a shipping facility.  Wine Passport members can expect their monthly or quarterly shipments to arrive the third or fourth week of every month.  If you have a Personal Wine Advisor, special arrangements can be made for expedited delivery.
